Our 1st Culinary Safari featured Polish Cuisine at the Red Apple Restaurant located at 6474 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago IL 60631
27 Chapter Members and friends enjoyed comradery, friendship and conversation along with the delicious all you can eat buffet style dinner in a private room.

Our Vice President, Dale Rimkus had a prepared presentation and printed hand outs for the attendees at the event that was unfortunatly left at home was not presented.

We had door prizes, a 50/50 where a $210 pot was split with a lucky winner, and a Firearm Raffle with the lucky winner Marla Rimkus selecting a Smith & Wesson Bodyguard Pistol with integral Green Laser from the 3 choices avialble!
The meal cost was $10 to each person who attended with the chapter picking up the rest of the cost.
